In addition to preventing crowds, COVID-19 prevention, diagnosis and treatment programs have been introduced in various localities to guide the public in scientific prevention and treatment. After receiving the order, I was wondering about it. It was the outbreak of the epidemic, and many of the employees had children and old parents. Whether employees would agree to a centralized quarantine for that long. But the epidemic was an order. After a little hesitation, I still called the relevant people one by one. After explaining the situation, to my surprise, all the notified personnel expressed that they overcame all difficulties and actively cooperated with the company's decision. So the day after the announcement, everyone showed up at the factory gate with their bags of luggage.


Big guys have not been idle during the corporate quarantine. Due to the impact of the epidemic, some of the former staff can not return to work. In order to ensure that the skills of the temporary post personnel meet the requirements of production, the workshop has made detailed training plans during the isolation period to ensure that every precious day during the isolation period is not wasted. In order to ensure that production personnel training in place at the same time, support staff actively prepare for the various matters before the return to work. Confirm the process documents, sort out the production materials, and sort out the resumption report. Everyone plays his/her own role to ensure that the production can be put into production as soon as possible after isolation. On the day of the end of the quarantine period, in order to speed up the resumption of work, all the personnel got off the vehicle and put away their luggage, and immediately went to work. Clean the workshop, clean the equipment and prepare the documents. After everything was over, it was already more than 12 o 'clock in the evening, we went back to the dormitory and began to make the bed. At that time, although the body was tired, the heart was proud.


Through the joint efforts of all the staff, the workshop went into production smoothly as planned after the end of three days' circular testing. In the case of double sales, in order to ensure the stable supply of the market, all the staff took the initiative to work overtime, expanded the production capacity of each shift from 1 batch to 2 batches, gave up the rest time on Saturday and Sunday, started the "87" working mode, crazy "output".


During the fight against the epidemic and the guarantee of supplies, one thing remains fresh in people's minds. One day at noon, a staff member called me to tell me that his wife fell down in the house and was now being treated in the hospital. He may need to ask for leave to go back to visit. I will be informed of the specific situation later. After receiving the news, I felt a ripple in my heart. On the one hand, this employee is a key technical staff in the production of anti-epidemic drugs. If he asks for leave, it will certainly affect the production schedule. On the other hand, if you really need a day off, it's human nature not to agree. Surprisingly, the employee did not formally ask for leave until the supply shortage eased. I originally thought that there was no serious illness and there was no need to ask for leave. However, after learning more details, I learned that the employee had persuaded his family to take care of him and chose to stick to his post for the benefit of the group.


Looking back on their own participation in the fight against the epidemic supply, feeling a lot.
